I've said it before, but the strange horse statue is still there, and I think it's kind of interesting. The artwork is officially called the Fox Cities Oracle, but is commonly referred to as Hadzi by locals who bother to call it. I'm not sure what to do. I am not sure if the location instructions are correct or if they are just a bit away from the actual position of the statue.

Appleton is often seen as an uneducated backwater because of the generally negative reaction to his creations. It was created by a sculptor named Dimitri Hadzi and is being created in collaboration with the University of Wisconsin Health System and Appleton Medical Center. I first came across his work on Instagram and started following him, then I stared at it in person while sketching. Watching them read other stories and leaving them without ever wanting to see them for themselves.
